- Patient Care Option:
- The Caregiver will be with the client in the hospital or nursing home providing one-on-one non-medical assistance during their entire in-patient status
- Home Preparation Service:
- The Home Preparation Service Caregiver help to prepare older adults’ homes for their return after a hospital or nursing home stay
- Settle-In Service:
- The Settle-In Service Caregiver will assist seniors who aren’t feeling well with non-medical assistance in their homes such as preparing meals, answering the telephone, assisting with the delivery of durable medical equipment and reminding them to take their medication
- Clients We Service:
- Clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, MS, Parkinson’s, HIV, Cancer and other Degenerative Conditions
